As an 8-week training guide, this program will lead you through the ins and outs of fitness. You will have unlimited access to tutorial videos through our private facebook group. It focuses on the basics, which is absolutely essential! With little notes spread throughout the guide, you will also learn which muscle goes where, and exactly what muscle you're working. These workouts range from 15-30 minutes and are structured to get the most out of your time. If you are working out at home, dumbbells or resistance bands will benefit you!
When picking your level, here are a few things to note:
- Beginner starts out at three days a week and prepares you for four days. It is truly meant for beginners, and a wonderful place to start.
- Intermediate level is not for beginners. Starting at four days a week and preparing you for five, this is a step up on the basics you learned in the beginner program.
- Expert. At five days a week, this will really push your boundaries without breaking your spirit. This is only meant for someone who has been training for awhile, and needs a little kick into gear.
